Organization, members & roles
Manage your organization profile, invite teammates, and understand owner / admin / member roles.
Your organization is your tenant — all endpoints, artifacts, policies, and decisions belong to it. Manage it from Settings.
Organization profile
The Organization card shows your org name (editable) and its unique slug. Renaming the org is recorded in the audit log.
Members & roles
The Members card lists everyone in the organization with their name, email, and role. Cernexa uses three roles:
- Owner — full control of the organization.
- Admin — manage organization configuration, including integration keys.
- Member — use the console without access to sensitive configuration.
What roles gate
Role matters most for sensitive settings. For example, only owners and admins can view or manage integration keys such as your VirusTotal key — members never see those controls. Sensitive actions are recorded in the audit log with the actor.
Platform administration
Some deployments have a separate platform admin surface for cross-tenant operations (managing users and global settings). This is distinct from your organization roles and is limited to designated platform administrators.
